After integrating their sound technology into Bluetooth headphones, Sonarworks needed to make sure it worked smoothly without any underlying issues that may affect the audio quality and user experience. They understood that in order to ensure a successful testing process, time and device availability were of the essence. However, as they were facing a tight schedule and could not obtain all relevant test devices despite having a diverse catalog of devices in-house, they decided that getting additional QA experts on board was the best solution for them.

When we first started working with Sonarworks, our primary goal was to make sure that their sound technology was able to be integrated successfully into Bluetooth headphones and that it worked as intended on various mobile devices and device-specific configurations, including different phone models, OS versions, and integrated audio chip behavior.

To see whether integration was successful, Sonarworks provided us with test cases that defined a specific set of actions that would ensure consistent and accurate results throughout the testing process.

Our attention to detail and scrupulous attitude towards the test cases were on a very high level, which gave the client even greater confidence in meeting the tight deadlines for this project.
