Setting Up an Efficient QA Process

Although Crew already had a QA process in place, they felt that they were falling behind when it came to testing and validating their product. They needed someone to help them set up an efficient QA process that would establish clear testing processes, improve testing efficiency, and ensure faster, error-free releases. By teaming up with TestDevLab, Crew would be able to focus on delivering high-quality services to their customers, scaling their product, and growing their brand.

Introducing TestDevLab

When we first started working with Crew, our priority was setting up a QA process that would be the foundation for testing. We understood their present need to expand the level of tests being executed and signed off before release. A scalable and agile approach was long overdue. Our team worked closely with the production and engineering team at Crew to understand their vision and familiarize themselves with the product.

Our team conducted manual testing on Android, iOS, and web applications. With over 2,000 devices, we are proud to offer extensive device coverage. This enabled us to interact with the product as the end-user would. We also implemented REST API automated tests. On top of that, we imported all test cases from Google Sheets to Xray. This way, Crew could manage testing more efficiently and improve collaboration between development and testing teams.
